Penny Weston, a highly regarded fitness, wellness and nutrition expert, is the director of Moddershall Oaks, a country spa retreat with accommodation, events venue and restaurant employing over 125 people in the hospitality and wellness sectors. Penny is also the Director of Welcome to MADE, a wellness centre based at the spa retreat offering memberships, yoga, retreats and a healthy vegan café.

Welcome to MADE was born from a personal journey of health for Penny. She struggled with her relationship with food for a long time resulting in many negative side effects including tiredness, bloating, bad skin and stomach cramps. Having been hospitalised throughout her journey and suffering with a collapsed lung at a young age due to severe asthma, Penny looked to fitness and nutrition to turn her health around.  Penny is now mum to three-year-old Teddy and shares her healthy recipes, nutritional advice and funny pics over on his Instagram. And Penny loves dogs, being mummy to her beagle Bugsy 🐶

After failing to find an appropriate wellness tool to help lead Moddershall Oaks’ wellness initiative, Penny developed an online wellness platform capturing all that Welcome to MADE had to offer but in digital form. MADE on Demand was born and is available for individual users and for businesses, with a video library including fitness, yoga, meditation, nutrition, recipe and selfcare videos. Penny is passionate about promoting a realistic, balanced healthy lifestyle and is dedicated to helping others improve their mental wellbeing, energy levels and happiness – and showing there is something for everyone

A favourite with the media, Penny has commented widely in a huge range of publications, including Stylist, Marie Claire, the Independent, the Daily Mail, Woman & Home, OK! Magazine, Sheerluxe, the Metro, Health & Wellbeing, the Express, Top Sante, Huffington Post and Fit & Well. She was also a judge for the Health & Wellbeing 2022 and has appeared on LBC and Sarah Vine’s Femail Hour. View Penny’s press coverage HERE.
