For so many of us in 2020, both our physical and mental wellness and fitness have declined. This year has challenged us in ways we could never have imagined. We have moved, socialised and slept less, and worried, ate and panicked more. It comes as no surprise then that researchers and economists are predicting a surge in the wellness economy in 2021 ~ from meditation, brain-boosting nutraceuticals and immune boosting supplements, to the boom of at home fitness, beauty and therapies.
I hope to try and unpick as much technology, information and solutions, and share my opinion (in a very real and honest way) on what might help us to be happy and live well. One positive from this year is the change in mindset for so many, people have realised they NEED to spend time on themselves, take care of their bodies, look after their minds and ask for help when they need it.
As 2021 approaches then it is likely we will emerge a more caring, compassionate and healthier world, I hope so ?
