PEANUT BUTTER VANILLA CHOCOLATE CHIP PROTEIN COOKIE DOUGH JAR … wow that is a bit of a mouthful just like this delicious treat! A thick and creamy, no-bake cookie dough that is vegan, high in protein and simple to whip up.
Wednesday is the perfect day for a bit of HEALTHY INDULGENCE, just like any other day ending in “_day” ?
50g pitted medjool dates
250g chickpeas (1x can drained)
75g peanut butter
30g vanilla protein
1 tsp vanilla essence
90ml almond milk
Pinch of salt
50g chocolate chips
Soak the dates in boiling water for 10 mins before adding them to your blender with everything else except the chocolate chips. Once blended and creamyyyyyyy (if you can resist the temptation to gobble right away) stir in the chocolate chips. Wow wow wow!!! ? You can leave out the salt if you like, and mix up the protein powders to try different flavours too (I’m thinking chocolate fudge…)
