Adding just a couple of drops of pure peppermint essential oil to your smoothie not only has these benefits but also gives it a refreshing twist! BUT you need to make sure you are using a HIGH QUALITY, FOOD GRADE essential oil with FDA approval, otherwise it won’t be safe to ingest. I use @doterra essential oils ??⁠⠀

~ frozen banana⁠⠀
~ frozen pineapple⁠⠀
~ blue spirulina (1/2 tsp)⁠⠀
~ green spirulina (1 tsp)⁠⠀
~ 2 drops of @doterra peppermint essential oil⁠⠀
