If you drink green smoothies you will already notice these benefits, and if you don’t, then there has never been a better time to start. And it doesn’t have to be complicated. As a rough guide, use this…⠀
1) liquid (plant milk or coconut water)⠀
2) handful leafy greens (spinach or kale)⠀
3) 2 cups of fruit, frozen if possible to make it thicker (mango, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, pineapple, ⠀
4) 1 cup creamy fruit (banana, avocado)⠀
5) 1 tbsp healthy fat (chia seeds, flax seeds, nut butter)⠀
And blend in your mixer!!⠀

You’ll find that banana and the fruit disguise the taste of the spinach and kale so you can get a really good dose of leafy greens without really noticing. Once you become confident with the above you can experiment with boosters like spirulina, wheatgrass or chlorella too.⠀
