Giving the @fearnecotton book ‘Quiet’ a try. You know, I have worked so hard over the last 10 years or so to try to not care about what other people said about me or thought about me.⠀

I didn’t realise that I was actually my biggest critic. My inner voice, telling me I am not good enough, not doing enough, need to work harder, need to prove myself, need to be stronger etc etc.⠀

So… whilst I don’t want to put too much pressure on myself in lockdown (yeh right!) I am on a bit of a mission to be kinder… to me! And hoping this book is a good place to start.⠀

Anyone else read this? And anyone got any other good reading recommendations along the same lines too?
