My healthy raspberry supershake… cold, delicious and full of nutrients.⁠

Simply blend your chosen vanilla protein, frozen bananas, frozen raspberries, coconut yoghurt and unsweetened almond milk. AND I added a secret PINK ingredient… a 5g scoop of pink pitaya powder. ⁠

This vibrant superfood is made from dragonfruit but the taste of the powder is not very strong which means you can add it to your recipes for the nutritional goodness and funky colour without an overpowering change in taste or texture.⁠

Your sweet pink shake is now full of magnesium, zinc, potassium, fibre, vitamin C, good bacteria and omega 3 and 6 fatty acids.⁠
